Integrated Team Solutions selected to design, build, finance and maintain the new St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse

Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of the Attorney General announced today that Integrated Team Solutions (ITS) is the preferred proponent selected to design, build, finance and maintain the new St. Thomas Consolidated Courthouse. The ITS team includes Fengate Capital Management and EllisDon Corporation.
