Fengate Capital Management invests in seniors housing in Ontario

TORONTO – Fengate Capital Management (“Fengate Capital”) recently established Seasons Retirement Communities (“Seasons”) which seeks to provide Seniors with a unique high quality boutique lifestyle through retirement home living. To date, Seasons has acquired nine high quality state-of-the-art retirement homes located across Ontario, all of which offer superb amenities, facilities and health care services for seniors.

Founded and managed by two of Canada’s leading private companies, Seasons brings together the experience and expertise of Fengate Capital and TriAmico Development Affiliates, a leading developer of retirement communities. Investors in Seasons include Amico Properties Inc., the real estate investment arm of TriAmico Development Affiliates; San Pete Developments, the investment arm of Fengate Capital; LPF Realty Retirement Fund LP, a real estate fund sponsored by the Labourers’ Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada; and Northgate Properties Inc., a private equity real estate investment company also managed by Fengate Capital.
