Fengate Capital part of ITS team awarded contract to design-build-finance and maintain two new mental health care facilities in London and St. Thomas

Infrastructure Ontario, in collaboration with St. Joseph's Health Care, London (St. Joseph's), announced today that Integrated Team Solutions (ITS) has signed a contract to design, build, finance and maintain two new mental health care facilities in London and St. Thomas. The ITS team which includes Fengate Capital Management and EllisDon Corporation, will see construction commence in April 2011 with substantial completion slated for December 2014.
